Tech24 Names Blake Kuhlenschmidt Vice President, Corporate Development
GREENVILLE, SC – Tech24, the industry leader in commercial foodservice equipment repair and maintenance, recently announced that Blake Kuhlenschmidt has joined the organization as vice president, corporate development.
In this role, Kuhlenschmidt will focus on identifying, evaluating, executing and integrating new acquisition opportunities and assisting with growth initiatives in accordance with Tech24’s vision.
As an incoming vice president, corporate development, Kuhlenschmidt intends to collaborate with the Tech24 team to expand service capabilities and geographic reach through acquisition. “I was specifically drawn to the Tech24 approach of partnering with best-in-class service companies,” said Kuhlenschmidt, “and supporting these owners with the resources necessary for continued growth in their respective industries.”

A graduate of Indiana University, Kuhlenschmidt brings more than 15 years’ experience with mergers and acquisitions, finance and private equity to the Tech24 organization. Previously, Kuhlenschmidt served as director of corporate development for CoolSys, a national refrigeration, HVAC and energy management solutions provider with more than 3,000 employees based in Southern California. Prior to CoolSys, Kuhlenschmidt held similar corporate development roles for several private equity-owned service companies, including Hoffman Southwest and Brace Industrial Group.
