Tech24 Acquires Pronto Repairs, Expanding Service in New York Metro Markets
GREENVILLE, SC, August 9, 2023 – Tech24, a national industry leader in commercial foodservice equipment repair and maintenance, has recently acquired Pronto Repairs, a provider of foodservice and commercial HVAC equipment repair and maintenance services for hospitals and medical centers in the New York City area.
Tech24’s 18th acquisition to date expands technician coverage in the New York City metropolitan area, the nation’s largest market by population, and expands Tech24’s service to the healthcare segment. This milestone aligns with Tech24’s strategic growth initiatives and allows the company to grow its technician base and diversify its customer mix in new markets.
Based in Tappan, New York, Pronto Repairs specializes in responding to disasters such as flooding caused by hurricanes and helping hospitals and other facilities in their recovery, as well as traditional commercial hot-side, cold-side and HVAC services.
